The hotel staff were really nice and helpful.
We had a dreadful first night without any reception. The first room was filthy and nothing like the photos online. Cleaning issues like mould in the bathroom made it worse. I couldn't believe the lack of soundproofing.

An absolute weird experience, woudl have been more enjoyable if there woudl ve been better cleaning. I found hair in my towels and the floors were so dirty. I also expected a room upgrade for all my troubles, but I guess special treatment is just not in their vocabulary. such a shame.

Had an amazing group vacation! Our stay was a blast with excellent cocktails and refreshing breakfasts. We loved exploring the nearby golf club and the sandy beaches. The pool area was just as depicted in the photos – perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend sticking to Cretan cuisine!
